Refund policy

Returns or Exchange

Products can only be returned if you have made a mistaken purchase.
Due to the nature of RC cars, returns cannot be accepted after they have been assembled or driven.

The following conditions must be met.
You must contact SHIBATA GRK by email within 48 hours of receiving the product and receive approval.
・The package must be unused and unopened. (Opened products cannot be returned.)
・The product is damaged or defective and cannot be used.
・The product must arrive at SHIBATA GRK within two weeks of receiving approval from SHIBATA GRK.
If the above conditions are not met, we may refuse to refund your order.
In addition, when making a refund, you will be responsible for all shipping costs from us to you, as well as shipping costs for returning the product from you. SHIBATA GRK will not refund shipping costs or fees already paid to credit card companies.
When exchanging products, we will cover the shipping costs from SHIBATA GRK, but customer will be responsible for the shipping costs from customer to SHIBATA GRK.

Service target:
Regarding Returns, Cancels and Refunds, we will only deal with items purchased directly by the customer from the ONLINE store on this page managed by SHIBATA GRK. 
Purchases made at any other hobby shop, retail outlet or online store are not eligible. In that case, please consult the store where you purchased the product.
