Shipping policy

SHIBATA GRK ships customers order through USPS, UPS or FedEx. All transactions are in US Dollars only. We determine shipping costs by the weight and the price will appear when you add an item to your shopping cart. We do not accept a P.O. Box as a mailing address.

We will do our best to process your order as soon as possible. Orders are usually shipped the same day, the next day or the next next day, but if there is a weekend or holiday, they will be shipped the day after the holiday. Shipping is usually from Los Angeles, California USA. The delivery time depends on the convenience of the USPS or UPS. Regular orders are shipped in economy class mail, but customers can choose Priority Mail.

Whether or not the product package shipped from SHIBATA GRK has arrived will be determined based on the results of the delivery confirmation of each carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx etc. SHIBATA GRK is not responsible for any loss, delay and damage after shipping of the package.

If you are worried about loss or damage during shipping, please be sure to contact us in advance by email (info@drgrk.com) and take measures such as purchasing insurance. We will not take any responsibility for loss or theft.

For customer outside USA.

Duties & Taxes (Orders outside the USA): All international orders are shipped on a DDU (delivered duty unpaid) basis. This means that when you make your purchase at our drgrk.com, you will not be charged any duties, taxes or fees, other than the price of the merchandise as shown on the website, and shipping charges as applicable. Please note that in most cases, your country's customs department will require you to pay some import duties and/or local sales taxes when your shipment arrives. We are not able to calculate what these charges will be since they will vary from country to country, and will also depend on the product type and value. We suggest researching the duties imposed by your country's customs office before placing your order. Many countries have exceptions for smaller purchases for personal use, in which case you may not have to pay any duties. To reiterate, you will be responsible for paying any import duties on your purchase that your country's government may require upon delivery. 

Regarding cases where the customer refuses to pay import duties and other customs fees incurred other than shipping charges and the product is returned to SHIBATA GRK /California USA:
Please understand that since this will be interpreted as the customer's request to return the product, even if a full refund is requested, we will only be able to refund the amount excluding the round-trip shipping charges and other fees.
