GRK5-R POM Idler Spacer

This POM Idler Spacer was originally included in the GRK5-R HRP Full Kit.

Made from low-friction POM (Polyoxymethylene), it is designed to help reduce frictional resistance caused by rotational contact, allowing smoother idler gear operation.

Compatible with GRK5-R kits and GRK RCV conversion chassis.*

Compatibility Note:
When installing this spacer on an existing GRK5-R or GRK RCV conversion, replace both of the existing aluminum spacers (3 mm and 1 mm thick) with this POM spacer.

Because the overall spacer thickness changes, the position of the idler gear will also change. Depending on whether the chassis is configured for front-motor or rear-motor layout, the position of the idler gear relative to the spur gear may change.

Depending on your setup, adjustments such as reversing the direction of the idler shaft may be required to achieve proper gear alignment and clearance.
